Kevin fits right in as a typical, friendly Saint Louisan, with his Southern Illinois farm-town-roots & his approachable, polite nature.  Kevin is friendly, fun & genuinely interested in helping people.  Kevin made the move to St. Louis in 2010 and kicked off his real estate career in 2013.  He has an impressive track record in real estate & has served hundreds of clients from Downtown to West County.  Educating first time home buyers is top priority for Kevin & he also has extensive knowledge in property management & rentals, giving him an edge when working with investor clients. In his tenure in St. Louis, Kevin has resided in several neighborhoods; Shaw, Richmond Heights & is a current Boulevard Heights resident.  The history of the city piques his interests & he enjoys discovering new tidbits about the Lou.  The classic cottage & bungalow style homes in Southampton, Princeton Heights, & Holly Hills are his favorite.  Kevin is a single cat-dad to his super-friendly & loving tabby, Theo & sweet, mischievous black/tuxedo cat, Levi.  He enjoys photography & singing & playing the guitar or piano are a big part of who Kevin is.  He also has an impressive collection of Converse sneakers.  Kevin’s always picnic-ready & has a hard time driving past a park without stopping for some fresh air.  When he’s not showing properties & sending emails you can find him PC gaming, having a game or a quiet movie night with friends or spending time with his close-knit family.
